For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

INTERNET SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

to support the whole infrastructure hosting the Internet applications and provide the necessary support and enhancement of all related projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Install, manage, monitor, maintain and upgrade the Internet environment
- Plan, organize and direct daily operations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for the external developers
- Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
- Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- Oversee the analysis of data and information
- Deal with external contractors

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

- 5-7 years of experience in real world networks
- Very good knowledge of LINUX RHEL ENVIRONMENT
- Knowledge of VMWare 5.1 environment
- Expertise in WEB ENVIRONMENT (LAMP)
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND FRENCH

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2014 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
