For our client, a leading Swiss company, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent

Internet Service Provider Manager (Contract, Zurich)

In this challenging contract position, you will be responsible for reviewing tickets from internal users in the areas of IP filtering, web filtering, Citrix web-pages, certificate or SSL issues, virus scanning and WPAD. Additionally, you will approve security related requests and you will set up tickets in the provider's service management tool.

This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP.
The contract duration is 6 months, with possible extension.
The working language is English. Knowledge of German is advantageous.

For this challenging role, we are searching for a service manager with strong network provider background. Additionally, you are familiar with Internet security topics and are comfortable in a client facing role.
