For our international client we are looking for a Internet Content Manager (English, Polish and/or Turkish).

We are looking for an Internet Content Manager to join our team in either London or The Hague. The role is responsible for managing 10 country websites in the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and Mediterranean (MED) regions, with country activity in Poland, Czech Republic and Turkey principally. We are therefore looking for written and spoken fluency in English, plus written and spoken fluency in either Polish or Turkish, with a preference for Polish, as well as experience and understanding of working with local cultures.

The successful candidate will form part of a large global team and work with a number of outsourced partners and external agencies advising on content development, producing reports and analysis, driving through projects and programmes of work throughout the businesses. The main internal stakeholders will be based in the local markets so proven experience of virtual working and ability to manage demanding customers are both critical.

This is an exciting role for someone with a passion for digital, and who possesses excellent communication skills with all levels of stakeholders both internal and external. The successful applicant must have experience of managing websites for a large corporate, possess a professional communications background either in brand or marketing, and have a passion for the digital world.

Demonstrable experience of working with web content management systems, particularly Adobe CQ5, as well as good understanding of social media, usability, accessibility, SEO, and written and verbal communication skills are all required.

Responsibilities:
Deliver world class management of digital channels (websites, mobile apps) that meet the needs of internal stakeholders and external visitors, while managing time and quality expectations
Advise content owners and agencies on digital strategy development, communications and channel management, and content development and life cycle 
Deliver an annual plan that supports the country reputation plan, marketing plans and the needs of all businesses in country, ensuring that each is using digital as an effective part of their communications/marketing mix
Act as the subject matter expert for digital channels
Responsible for content curation, website health and performance Project management from brief to content archiving, focusing on pro-active consultation and advice while managing delivery through the offshore team
Manage offshore delivery team to meet targets, including prioritization of projects to ensure delivery deadlines are met, effective briefing, administration, correct use of processes and systems
Ensure standard workflow procedures are followed and optimized
Carry out site audits and develop site plans
Actively use measurement and analytics to inform content creation process and manage website health and performance
High levels of stakeholder and end-user satisfaction
Share and leverage knowledge and learnings with other Digital Channel Advisors
Ensure all processes and outputs are compliant with relevant HSSE, ethical, legal and branding policies - keep up to date with these policies

Experience and qualifications:
Degree qualified
Expert in digital communications with a professional communications background. Good general communication and marketing skills and several years direct experience of managing WWW sites
Passionate about digital and knowledgeable about industry best practices in managing corporate web sites including usability, accessibility, search engine optimization and measurement
Proven experience in a large multinational or client site
Proven ability to delegate and manage delivery through others to deliver a diverse and demanding workload
Strong project management and implementation experience and a passion to overcome challenges
Confident and proactive in engaging and influencing stakeholders and external agencies
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Fluent spoken and written English and Polish or Turkish (preferably Polish) are both essential.
This role does not undertake IT activities, but an understanding of IT aspects of web management is preferred
