International Transparency Analyst/Data Analyst (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Work with the integration lead to understand the activities in scope for the collection according to the international transparency laws and codes
-Work with the integration lead to understand and document the current status of collections for the international reporting including identifying key stakeholders
-Contention with the local country resources to communicate activities and aligning on how to effectively support them
-Work with the local country resources to review year-to-date information and perform a gap analysis between data collected and information needed to upload to tools
-Develop a process for storing supporting documentation in preparation for data validation and inquiries
-Drive the collection of data from international business units and third party agencies ensuring completeness of submission, upload to the collection tool, collection and storing of supporting documentation
-Error management activities within the aggregation tool

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor´s degree with a focus on business, finance, audit, economics, marketing, operations, systems or any other analytical/business field is preferred
-Profound work experience
-Prior experience focused on developing efficient and effective operational processes is preferred
-Pharmaceutical and compliance experience is preferred
-Fluency in English, any additional language is beneficial
