An INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR needed for a Contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Rome, NY.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Provide additional temporary resource to the International Trade Team in furtherance of their mandate to ensure 100% compliance with US and applicable foreign import, export, and anti-boycott regulations as well as related company policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Maintenance of visitor management system to include entry of visitor profiles, entry requests, verification forms, and entry authorizations into a MS Access database.
- Assist the ITC team in ongoing investigations by performing document collection and organization, basic tabulation of license or agreement values, and other related administrative tasks.
- Performance of basic HTS verification for the import of goods from abroad in accordance with a standard work instruction.
- Entry of related data into MS Access database.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to follow written work instructions and perform basic tasks with minimal supervision
- This is a contract position for at least six months, paying $17 per hour.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proficiency in MS Access preferred.
