The focus of the role is to manage the end to end hiring process for important senior level roles within HR, sourcing and identifying top internal and external HR talent and managing the end to end recruitment process.
This role will suit someone with strong consultative skills who is comfortable recruiting high level HR roles and can manage both internal and external recruitment processes as well as building strong external networks in order to attract and land top talent.
The ability to speak a second language would be beneficial as would experience of working abroad.
