International Reward Manager

My clients a Financial Services organisation based in the City of London currently seek an International Reward Manager up to 80k plus excellent package. Working as an integral part of the wider HR and Reward and Performance teams this role will report directly into the Director of Compensation. As an internal consultant you will offer specialist advice, and drive particular global policies and processes especially in relation to international reward. Key duties include: -Design and roll-out of international, business aligned reward solutions across a global remit in regards to international relocations/mobility. -Lead subject matter expert and owner of all reward elements of the international relocation/mobility policies -Support organisation wide, advising on best practise, development and risk management in regards to the use, and deployment of international reward solutions - Work closely with the wider Reward and Benefits teams ensuring all related international reward strategy is integrated to the overall strategy -Work closely with stakeholders and relevant committees in regards to any complex international reward matters -Benchmark and evaluate the effectiveness and competitiveness of all international reward solutions and make recommendations for improvements -Support Compensation Director in all aspects pf compensation In this challenging role you will provide invaluable advice which will help to drive strategic resourcing and talent management strategies. The ideal candidate will be an excellent stakeholder manager and communicator and is likely to meet the following criteria: -Experience gained in a Financial Services/Consulting/Professional services organisation preferable -Strong educational background (further professional qualification a distinct advantage) -Seasoned Reward professional with strong international experience -Specialist International Mobility experience (expatriate taxation or assignment policy background a distinct advantage) For further information and to register your interest please forward on a copy of your updated CV.
