International Mobility Advisor

International Mobility Advisor (HR)

In International Mobility Advisor is required to join a Global Oil & Gas Organisation in a client facing position. Ideally this person will have 2 years experience working for a global company in a similar client facing HRIM services position.

The role is approximately 60% Client Relationship and 40% Operational

Post holder Characteristics

Strong client service skills combined with good relationship building skills, developed through experience with large and/or varied expatriate populations
Demonstrates experience and understanding of the requirement for alignment of HRIM to the needs of the business
Experience in working as part of a team, experience in knowledge sharing and willingness to strive to achieve improvement
Knowledge of expatriate tax, policy, technology and process
Experience of working in challenging operational environments across many locations with multiple lines of authority.
Good practical knowledge of global, regional and local expatriate issues
Demonstration of data and payroll accuracy and desire for continuous learning and personal improvement
