The international marketing campaign specialist is a key member of the demand generation team that supports the international division by developing and managing campaigns throughout their lifecycle, from inception to reporting. The role is heavily focused on marketing automation and the continuous improvement of Information Builders' marketing communications to improve demand generation and lead conversion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of email marketing, lead nurture programs to improve the conversion of marketing leads to sales qualified leads and opportunities using the marketing automation tool (Pardot)
Organising and maintaining international marketing campaign material including campaign kits, translation libraries and maintaining consistency and improving effectiveness across all deliverables
Reporting and analysing data to provide real insights and drive and affect positive change, as well as interpreting the results to continuously improve standards
Coordinating the execution of international programs and campaigns, ensuring that initiatives and activities are integrated across cross-functional marketing and regional teams.
Contributing to the continuous implementation of marketing automation and other technologies that improve demand generation and lead flow
Assisting with the development and tracking of target audience segmentation that contributes to strong lead conversion rates for international campaigns
Working with a third party and the regional marketing managers to facilitate the translation of all relevant content
Continuously striving to improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing communications
REQUIREMENTS:
-5 years' experience in a similar email marketing / marketing automation role in a fast-paced, high tech, b2b environment
-University degree in a relevant subject such as marketing, business or communications, or equivalent experience in a similar role
-Outstanding organisational skills
-Excellent language skills
-The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise
-A solid understanding of IT systems, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua etc., and online project management tools
-A keen understanding of integrated marketing principles and the ability to view holistic marketing campaigns
-Excellent communications skills across all levels of the business and the ability to integrate effectively as part of a team
-HTML knowledge would be advantageous
