International IT Manager - Retail - £50-60,000

I am currently working with a prominant retailer who are looking for an experienced IT Manager to provide IT customer relationship management, understanding and championing customer IT requirements to deliver a portfolio of viable options and solutions to deliver the customer's strategy.

The role will be based in Central London but travel may be required.

Essentials for this positions includes - - Extensive experience in Stakeholder Management
- Extensive experience in a Change management environment
- Retail background is essential
- Ability to explain complex and/or technical issues clearly and accurately in simple terms
- High level of understanding of technologies/systems/practices used in a retail environment.

The successful applicant will work closely with the business sponsors to validate and drive out an IT Programme to deliver non-sterling and non-English language web wites and to prepare internal systems and functions to deal with functions to deal with traffic to and from them.

The candidate must have experience in this field.

Desirables include - - eCommerce Background
- Effective management of matrix managed teams
- Proven delivery track record of relevant change projects/programmes specific to the customer business area.
