MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

-As part of the deployment of a new IT solution (Polaris) to support the management of International Assignees we are looking for a Business Analyst who will support the delivery of phase 4 of the project. This will focus on non-cash cost tracking and payroll integration.
-The solution supporting International Assignment management is a cloud based solution providing an electronic assignee case management system interfaced with SAP's main HR systems. It aims to deliver a better customer service, workflow/documentation management, process improvements and streamlining as well as an overall enhancement of the assignee experience.

THIS PHASE OF THE PROJECT FOCUSES ESPECIALLY ON:

-Cost tracking implementation
-Payroll integration
-The tracking of costs is fundamental to enhance the reporting to the business of actual assignment spend. This data set will also enhance the compliance of the function allowing Real Time reporting of data for the purposes of actual and shadow payroll reporting.
-Proven records as Business Analyst in HRIT, having strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes.
-Review of the different options available with the Polaris Global Mobility System and propose implementation options.
-Cost Tracking for International Assignee experience - this should include a solid working knowledge of assignment cost data input sources, actual and shadow payroll reporting for tax and social security purposes as well as data output to payrolls as well as analytical reports for stakeholders
-Experience with Polaris Global Mobility solution (or equivalent system)
-Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, test and release solutions.

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:

-7-8 years minimum work experience as a Business Analyst n HRIT, having strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes
-Experience in application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, test and release solutions
-Experience in Payroll integration and Cost tracking implementation
-Experience working in a global environment
-Fluency in English and German required
