International Brand Manager (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Support development of Brand strategic and operational plan
-Liaise with the affiliates and partners for local adaptation
-Collect input from and review country brand plans with affiliates
-Develop and implement promotional activities and communication campaigns
-Collect affiliate & business partner input for development of international marketing communication activities
-Responsibility for budget phasing and ensuring accurate cost tracking according to phasing
-Collaboration with global medical, marketing and market access peer group and cross-functional teams
-Responsible for successfully planning & executing international congresses
-Facilitating knowledge exchange on marketing measures during workshops or country meetings
-Market research analysis, extract key insights and translate into materials/activities

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-MBA and/or MD or scientific education in a relevant field
-Profound experience in the pharmaceutical industry
-Experience from previous product manager position (at least at country level, preferably internationally)
-Financial and budgeting skills and experience
-Fluency in English, both in oral and in written communications
-Excellent user expertise of the Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Excellent marketing skills (segmentation, positioning, key messaging, brand imaging, etc.)
-Entrepreneurial thinking and spirit in developing brands
-Pronounced organization and time management skills
