International Accounting Manager

Specification:
Fantastic new long term contract opportunity to recruit an International Accounting Manager for a leading Financial Service client based in Edinburgh City.

You will be required to demonstrate a strong technical and management accounting background as well as a track record of developing key stakeholder relationships.

Reporting to the Senior Operations and Accounting Manager, you will have responsibility for 3 qualified accountants who will look after UK Funds, International Real Estate Investments, Entity Consolidation and IFRS Reporting.

Key responsibilities are:

Manage International Accounting team in production of interim and annual financial statements and quarterly management accounts
Manage timely production of accurate quarterly financial information including analytical schedules, entity consolidation, local GAAP conversion to IFRS
Oversee calculation of NAV and Unit Prices for relevant funds with validation and analytical review
Calculation of Distribution Payments/Rates
Production of annual budgets, forecasts and financial modelling and review of fund performance

Ideally you&rsquoll have experience Property Accounting, International Accounting, knowledge of UK/US GAAP, IFRS and local European GAAPs.

The role will require strong influencing and negotiating skills as will work closely with senior stakeholders and managers across the organisation.
