Internal Sales Specialist

SCR ARE RECRUITING FOR 3X INTERNAL SALES SPECIALISTS TO WORK FOR A LARGE IT COMPANY.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

PRESALES

Work with both internal and external resources to ensure best possible configuration and pricing is obtained for customers on specific technology areas

Use all relevant programs, deal registrations, special bids etc in order to supply best possible pricing

Sanity check quotations sent through from distribution in advance of submission to the customer to ensure they meet customer requirements.

Creation of customer facing quotation

Complete the above in line with agreed SLAs and following standard process

POST SALES

Collate relevant information required in order to load clean order on supplier and ensure PO matches relevant documentation

Assist Purchasing team as required with any queries in relation to placing clean order matching customer requirements

Liaise with customer around project deadlines for complex orders

Work with Purchasing team and vendor to assist with management of escalations

Coordinate installations/project work with internal resources and the customer directly

Ensure all support contracts are in place and relevant information is passed on to the correct area of the business

Accurately complete any required administration in relation to all of the above

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Excellent IT skills, good communication skills, ability to work within a team and under pressure, keen attention to detail, ideally internal sales background, ideally in the IT industry
