Internal Sales Representative - Orthodontics

I am currently recruiting for an inside sales representative to join my global Healthcare client based in Loughborough. This role is within their Dental ESPE division, selling their large product portfolio of orthodontic products. Ideal candidates will have had previous internal sales experience, predominantly within the dental industry or be competent selling a large portfolio of products.

Main Role Responsibilities:

Achievement of specific sales targets.
Management of specific accounts to drive loyalty and prevent erosion.
Achieve best practice in Customer Relationship Management.

Skills and Experience:

*Previous call centre experience with strong customer focus.
*Good understanding of the sales process & a proven track record of delivering sales to forecast
*Understanding of dental and orthodontic market products
*Challenger mindset, self-motivated, tenacious & driven
*Strong time management & organisation skills
*Ability to prioritise and be flexible in adjusting where necessary
*Account Management experience
*Negotiation skills
*Siebel CRM experience
*Team Player
