Internal Sales Representative - Dental

I am currently recruiting for an inside sales representative to join my global Healthcare client based in Loughborough. This role is within their Dental ESPE division, selling their large product portfolio. Ideal candidates will have previous internal sales experience, predominantly within the dental industry or with a large portfolio of products.

The salary is very competitive with great benefits. Initially a 6 month contract, this role also has a commission package.

Skills and Experience:

-Previous call centre experience with strong customer focus.
-Good understanding of the sales process & a proven track record of delivering sales to forecast
-Understanding of dental market products
-Challenger mindset, self-motivated, tenacious & driven
-Ability to build relationships with external partners eg Channel Partner Sales Reps/Telesales Staff
-Strong time management & organisation skills
-Ability to prioritise and be flexible in adjusting where necessary
-Account Management experience
-Negotiation skills
-Siebel CRM experience
-Team Player
