Internal Sales Manager

The role will report to the International Sales Manager and will be to proactively lead and manage the Internal Sales team to ensure the company achieves its sales targets,whilst working closely with the External Sales team to ensure all customer enquiries are processed.

Responsibilities:

Provide focus and motivation to the Sales Team

Promote and encourage a team working environment and a culture of continuous improvement

Carry out briefings,tool box talks and other communication processes to ensure key messages are conveyed and understood by the team

Ensure departmental quotations are produced accurately and in a timely manner

Ensure full compliance and understanding of the CRM System within the team

Requirements:

A proven track record in managing an Internal Sales Team to achieve sales targets,preferably within a technical product environment

Strong and direct leadership and influencing skills

Experience within an Engineering or Manufacturing company
