Internal Recruitment Specialist - 6 Month Contract - 340 P/D

Internal Recruitment Specialist is required by Eutopia Solutions to work for our client based in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established organisation working as a Internal Recruitment Specialist within the organisation managing recruitment across the business.

RATE & DURATION

£320 - £340 On a 6 Month Contract

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assist the recruiting Manager with sourcing candidate using various channels or innovative sourcing techniques.

Owning and managing active candidate relationships

Ensure external adverts are compliant local employment laws

Handle day-to-day coordination of candidates including interview scheduling

Accountable for ATS data integrity and accuracy

Provide weekly updates on candidates and the recruitment life cycle

Develops market intelligence

Collates all ETW documentation as received

Ownership of the candidate experience in EMEA region

Prepare the EMEA interview schedules and coordinate the candidate experience
-

Summarize recruiting results for management approval of successful candidates

Work with the HR advisors to process candidates

Act as the primary contact for all recruitment questions

EXPERIENCE AND ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in recruiting administration and interviewing
- Experience in volume base hiring in a multiple job role environment
- Experience in project management of recruiting events
- Experience in executing digital targeted sourcing (ie use of Linked-In)
- Possess stakeholder management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word

DESIRABLE CRITERIA & QUALIFICATIONS

- The organisation is growing at a rapid pace, therefore requires a candidate with experience to handle a high transaction volume in a fast pace environment
- Knowledge within the Consulting or Oil & Gas Industry is helpful
- This position requires the incumbent to build a strong network of contacts with HR advisors, admin team, line manager, resourcing vendors, Global GBS/ES HR & Recruitment team, Global TAS system support team and the R&M FLP programme team
