Internal Recruitment Manager

A three month contract is now available for an experienced Inhouse Recruitment Manager to manage the internal recruitment for our continued growth.

We are ideally looking for someone who has:

-Considerable experience in hiring both graduate/junior and senior employees across a range of disciplines/positions, without the use of agencies
-Experience working with hiring managers to help scope out and define positions
-Experience setting out and executing hiring strategies

We are approaching 10 years old and have a team of 25, we are now looking to continue to the next stage of our growth and have a need for an internal recruitment manager who can help create and execute an internal recruitment strategy, recruiting a range of junior and senior staff into our team.

RecWorks is a unique company who blend recruitment with communities and social networks. Whilst our revenue is generated from recruitment, 50% of what we do involves building and maintaining large technical communities. Through this approach we build genuine long term relationships with our candidates and clients.

We have built our business primarily from recommendations and referrals and our client portfolio ranges from household names and bluechips to some of the freshest new startups in London.

This role is immediately available for a full three month contract with a day rate of c. £300 per day (2-3 days per week) with some flexibility on remote working/part time options.
