As the Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will work as part of a multi-lingual team of Recruiters based across Europe and will report to the Talent Acquisition Leader.
The purpose of the role is to support a target audience of Hiring Managers in a range of locations, in this case the Software Engineering division, tracking and maintaining an active pipeline of candidates and completing focused searches through a variety of channels, including internal Applicant Tracking System, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, networking sites in order to identify the best candidate for hire.

You will be responsible for implementing online candidate marketing strategies to discover and proactively attract active and passive candidate pools. You will be required to interface heavily with hiring communities that require the Talent Acquisition organisation to provide synergy with existing US and global staffing programs in accomplishing these goals.

Competencies:

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience/competencies:
-Experience in recruitment of specialist Software Engineering, Quality and other technical skill sets.
-Plan for performance - effectively manage ones time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and accurately.
-Strong communication skills - Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups.

Qualifications: 
- Exposure to full life cycle recruiting experience 
- Experience of recruiting software engineering and other technical discipline
- Sourcing skills such as; C++, Java or C#.NET.
