This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join a large pharmaceutical company on a 3 months temporary contract in their Recruitment Service Delivery team based at Alderley Park.

The role is to support the Recruitment Partners with the acquisition of talent by co-ordinating all aspects of recruitment administration and liaising with candidates, hiring managers, external stakeholders and suppliers where appropriate.

TYPICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Support the end to end project management of recruitment assignments and core recruitment administration and co-ordination
- Ensures that service delivery in support of recruitment is suitable for the business and meets needs both in terms of quality and time
- Fulfils all resourcing and recruitment process requirements in managing and administering any recruitment campaigns
- Provides critical support to hiring managers and candidates through:
- The assembly and distribution of information on interviewees
- Room booking, video conferencing and liaising with hiring managers EA's on availability
- The compilation of candidate interview packs including an outline interview guide
- The assembly of general information and targeted information
- Providing details on the interview locations and times - Supports the line manager with the hiring processes and activities where required
- Day to day liaison and engagement with recruitment companies, candidates and hiring managers to establish and determine interview availability and other key data points to ensure that the recruitment process moves along efficiently
- Management of associated administrative tasks eg purchase orders, expenses management etc.
- Support accurate collection of information and proper use of the systems that will be deployed throughout HR to support the recruitment processes

The ideal candidate will has expectational organisational skills, second to none communication skills and have expert administrative ability. The role would suit a candidate who is used to working within a large organisation and has experience of coordination of multiple tasks/mini projects.
