Internal Recruiter/Talent Manager - Up to £300 per day - 4/6 month contract

Our leading technology client is looking to recruit the services of an extensively experienced Interim Talent Manager/Internal Recruiter to join their Human Resources and talent team based in Cwmbran. The business has grown rapidly and they have a 6 month project to hire in excess of 15 tech professionals.

Key Tasks
*Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organisation plans and objectives
*Meeting with managers to discuss needs and requirements
*Holding briefing conference calls with recruitment suppliers
*Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
*Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build networks
*Headhunting
*Advanced networking
*Distribution of candidates CVs to the hiring manager
*Organising interview schedules
*Preparing and provide feedback to the recruitment suppliers
*Preparing candidate job offer packages in collaboration with HR Partner or Head of HR UK and hiring manager

Key Skills and Experience sought
*Proven and long term experience as an internal recruiter or agency recruiter for a leading Bluechip organisation
*Ability to manage full recruitment life cycle
*Ability to influence and change peoples attitudes
*Positive and driven attitude
*Ability to see projects through to competition
