CALLING ALL RECRUITERS! FAB! New opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join a leading telecommunications company based in Glasgow.

We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join them for a three month contract to cover the team during a very busy time. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager you will work within a team to carry out the full end to end recruitment cycle focusing on high volume recruitment and competency interviewing during assessment centres.

This position will require you to be immediately available as this role is urgent with a contract length of three months which you must be able to commit to.

The Role:
You will assist the Recruitment Manager in supporting the recruitment of best possible talent within the Sales Teams across the company.

You will be responsible and take ownership for on-boarding of recruitment to include the coordination of interviews and assessment centres.

Duties:
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and ensure they are kept updated on active recruitment campaigns
Manage campaigns for Sales, including sourcing, selection and offer for internal and external candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience at all times.
Work in conjunction with aligned HR Business Partners to ensure a 'joined-up' approach.
Where advertising is appropriate, work in conjunction with the on site Recruiter/Lead Recruiter to arrange briefing and approval of recruitment advertising in relation to the designated business areas
Continually look for innovative ways to source candidates in order to maximise the talent pool, reduce cost per hire and time to hire.
Provide consultation for hiring managers on selection skills and provide informal training and feedback where appropriate

Must Have:
Have significant experience managing volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment. At least some of this experience must have been in-house.
Exposure to conducting/running assessment centres
Highly organised and detailed approach to work
Confident demeanour and a strong communicator.
