Internal Recruiter - IT

My client is urgently looking for an IT Internal Recruiter on a 1 year Fixed Term contract position based in Sydney's Inner West location. This is a Full-Time position working onsite with a global organisation.

In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process across all levels of the business, primarily IT roles. You will support and partner with line managers and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and professional recruitment process.

To be suitable for this position you will have the following skills and experience:

- 5 + years Australian experience in a similar internal position
- Ability to recruit up to 45 roles at one point of time
- Extensive IT knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to recruit in a fast paced environment
- A consultative and professional approach
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and proactive in a standalone role
- Australian Permanent Resident
