Internal Recruiter/In-House Recruiter

Think IT is a Surrey based recruitment consultancy providing contract and permanent IT staff to local and corporate companies in London, Surrey and the UK. We have significant growth plans in place for the next two years and are looking to hire a number of new staff who will start out as Trainee Recruitment Consultants, progressing through the business to become future leaders.

We are looking for a part time INTERNAL RECRUITER/IN-HOUSE RECRUITER who can assist us in this journey.

Working part time from our office in Epsom, Surrey, the work involved will include:

- Sourcing a constant stream of vetted candidates for our open positions;
- Arranging interviews as appropriate and ensuring that feedback is provided to each candidate post interview;
- Working with the Directors in forming appropriate recruitment strategies and processes;
- Building and maintaining talent pools of relevant candidates;
- Keeping all recruitment activity up to date on our CRM system;
- Managing the offer process including making sure the correct paperwork is issued;
- Initiating the on-boarding process on offer acceptance and ensuring that all relevant candidate documents and information is provided.

AS A INTERNAL RECRUITER/IN-HOUSE RECRUITER, THIS IS THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Come from either an agency or internal recruitment background;
- Have a proven track record in sourcing candidates directly using multi-media advertising, job boards, networking as well as social media;
- Have highly developed communication skills with an ability to positively promote the company to candidates.
