My Client is a Bank based in Zurich in need of a Recruiter to support their internal recruitment and sourcing processes.
This investment bank need a Recruitment Consultant in Zurich for internal recruitment functions as there are currently several programmes being delivered across this space - predominantly focusing on IT roles and management of overall recruitment processes. As Internal Recruiter in Zurich you will be a key part of influencing the bank's talent sourcing and management functions. You will provide fast and effective recruitment processes and partner with the HR team.
Essential Experience/Skills required for this Business Analyst job: Few years of recruitment experience, preferably in an internal function, Preferably first experience working for a financial institution, Ability to speak confidently to technical/IT candidates. Good interpersonal skills.
