Internal Recruiter - 12 Month Contract

CBSbutler is a multi-award winning, leading brand in specialist Technical & Engineering recruitment.

Due to increased organic growth of the business and associated recruitment assignments, we are looking for an Internal Recruiter/resourcer to work alongside the MD in attracting, identifying and hiring excellent candidates for CBSbutler and associated subsidiaries.

The ability to use creative selection methods is a must - we are looking for someone who won't be relying on job boards as their primary source of candidates! Good knowledge of social networking as well as headhunting and gaining referrals is vital. In addition the individual will need to be highly organised and make use of tracking and networking systems to ensure that effective talent pipelines are built.

This role will report into the Managing Director and will be involved in the recruitment for not only our head office in Redhill but globally for all of our satellite offices. The Internal Recruiter/resourcer will benefit from a commission scheme based on successful internal hires.

Responsibilities will include:

- Recruiting permanent hires throughout the business at all levels
- Working on recruitment campaigns across the business
- Liaising with Line Managers and department heads regarding recruitment requirements
- Carrying out telephone and face-to-face interviews
- Using social media for candidate attraction and company PR
- Involved in marketing ideas and strategies to increase brand awareness

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Ideal candidates will have a strong agency recruitment background with any Rec2Rec experience desired.
