A leading Multinational Financial Services Organisation in Dublin is currently seeking an Internal Recruiter to join them on an initial contract basis.
The purpose of the role is to actively Recruit and take ownership of the deliverance for their hiring requirements while creating a Strategic leadership of the Talent Acquisition agenda for required roles within the Business. You will work stakeholders in a number of global locations to deliver multi-geography delivery and a sharing of talent across the organisation.
Essential Requirement:
*4+ years In-House or Internal Recruitment experience
*Significant experience of Talent Acquisition delivery in a fast paced environment.
*Experience of driving a balanced sourcing mix for candidate sourcing
*Experience of generating continuous improvement initiatives within Resourcing or Talent Acquisition environments
*Experience of 3rd party management provisions
*The ability to operate across global functions with appreciation for localised practices and legislative requirements
*eRecruitment knowledge
