Internal Recruiter

Your role is to deliver the day-to-day requirements of the recruitment function mainly within the finance department of this leading E-commerce business. As such you will partner line managers in the sourcing of candidates and manage external suppliers where appropriate.

Your specific duties will include;

- Ensure correct recruitment process is followed for all vacancies
- Build relationships with Line Managers/key stakeholders and positively develop the recruitment team's profile within the business
- Build solid relationships with suppliers to ensure the best return for the business
- Schedule and complete a vacancy consultation meeting for each vacancy with the Hiring Manager and contract responsibilities up front
- Coordinate interviewing stages
- Ensure Hiring Managers are fully briefed on vacancy progress
- Follow and ensure the correct offer process
- Provide feedback as required
- Maintain accurate vacancy records through the use of the Taleo recruitment system
- Demonstrating a positive attitude towards set-backs at all times, going the extra mile to deliver to our internal and external customers

Suitable candidates will need to have the following skills/experience;

- Strong recruitement experience (inhouse or RPO experience required) within a direct sourcing model
- Strong sourcing skills, able to demonstrate your skills across a variety of tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Good understanding of Finance recruitment market
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leaders
- Good supplier management experience, using agencies to complement direct sourcing.
- Experience of Taleo and Broadbean would be useful although not essential.
