A Global IT Company is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter for an initial 6 Month Contract.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:- *Build strong relationships with hiring managers and deep understanding of their business areas. priorities and staffing needs
*Define and implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool, as well as improve staffing processes and approaches.
*Build relationships with strong talent in the marketplace. Source passive candidates through networking, direct sourcing,
*Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview process, and drive offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing of candidates.
Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following experience:- *Proven experience recruiting mid to senior level roles across a variety of business functions, preferably across multiple geographies
*Ability to manage multiple clients, and provide strong consultative skills throughout the search process. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
*Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
*Strong team player, with a track record of driving continuous improvements to staffing approaches

Previous experience within a similar Internal Recruitment role is vital for this role.
