Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit an Internal Recruiter to complete a Graduate programme for an initial 4 month contract. This opportunity is based with our key financial services client that we are working with as first tier supplier.

The Job:

Internal Recruiter required to run a Graduate Programme, which may require some travel to other sites in the country.
-

Responsible for designing and managing the Graduate Programme, writing and design advertisements, sourcing candidates from universities, social media and job boards.

Working with recruitment agencies, arranging assessment days, interviews and managing the process via Excel
-

All related administration regarding contracts, offer letters etc

Skills Required:

-

Excellent communicator who can work with senior managers and third parties
-

Strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail
-

Extensive recruitment skills, used to sourcing and identifying new talent
-

Understanding of HR processes, CIPD or CertRP qualifications
