As an experienced Internal Recruiter, you will deliver a competent resource planning service for the Generation IT Projects team, along with providing support to the pipeline planning process. They will be responsible for ensuring that the maintenance and addition of contractor data for temporary resources, including data reconciliation, collation and reporting. The Resource/Portfolio Analyst will work as a member of the Portfolio office team to support all projects with their governance and controls as required including, but not limited to, monthly reporting, ongoing maintenance of the Induction Pack, SharePoint support, EPM use, 3rd party engagement, vetting, system access, SQEP and training.

Scope of work
* Contractor Recruitment
* Be the primary contact for external recruitment of contract resource
* Responsible for ensuring that all resources are ready and able to start work
* Maintain professional working relationships with resource suppliers
* Support Line Managers with completion of data into the Temporary Agency Workers Database Resource Management
* Work with the Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects and Information Security teams to ensure that their work allocations are coordinated effectively
* Responsible for ensuring that EPM is maintained with accurate resource information
* Work with 3rd party partners to reduce delays to projects and resolve resource queries quickly and efficiently SAP Accounts
* Create and administer the SAP records for the departments contractors
* Ensure that all contractors & agency resources have suitable vetting and training
* Reconcile data within the database to ensure accurate data is contained Portfolio Office
* Develop and enhance the processes, tools and templates for the Portfolio
* Support the other Portfolio Office team members with Portfolio Board Coordination, Project Assurance, Project Register maintenance, PPR Tool administration, SharePoint access and admin, EPM reconciliation and coordination, RMS completion and creation and Monthly Project Report Meeting coordination and attendance.

Pipeline Planning
* Work with the Business Consultants to coordinate the demand for the upcoming pipeline of work, including accurate reporting of the projects by stage and progress
* Present the pipeline at business meetings as required.

Other
* Desk Move management and coordination for the department
* Assist all stakeholders with enquires where possible
* Assist in the facilitation of scheduling resources with Project Managers and Team Leaders
