Internal Recruiter

CALLING ALL RECRUITERS! FAB! New opportunity for a Recruiter to join a leading telecommunications company based in Glasgow.

My client is looking for a Recruiter to join them for a three month contract to cover the team during a very busy time. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager you will work within a team to carry out the full end to end recruitment cycle.

This position will require you to be immediately available as this role is urgent with a contract length of three month contract.

The Role:- - You will assist the Recruitment Manager in supporting the recruitment of best possible talent within the Sales Teams across the company.
- You will be responsible and take ownership for sourcing, selection and on-boarding of recruitment to include the coordination of interviews and assessment centres.

Duties:- - Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and ensure they are kept updated on active recruitment campaigns
- Manage campaigns for Sales, including sourcing, selection and offer for internal and external candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience at all times.
- Work in conjunction with aligned HR Business Partners to ensure a 'joined-up' approach.
- Where advertising is appropriate, work in conjunction with the on site Recruiter/Lead Recruiter to arrange briefing and approval of recruitment advertising in relation to the designated business areas
- Continually look for innovative ways to source candidates in order to maximise the talent pool, reduce cost per hire and time to hire.
- Provide consultation for hiring managers on selection skills and provide informal training and feedback where appropriate

Must Have:

- Have significant experience managing volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment. At least some of this experience must have been in-house.
- Exposure to conducting/running assessment centres
- Highly organised and detailed approach to work
- Confident demeanour and a strong communicator.
