INTERNAL RECRUITER

Our Global client based in the North West are currently recruiting for an internal IT recruiter on a contract basis for 6 months.

Your role will be to partner with internal colleagues to understand their permanent requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Management of both internal and external recruitment activities in line with agreed SLA's
- Use of Digital media to source talent
- Ability to support team members and assist in sourcing talent across other areas when volumes are high
- Design, activate and execute sourcing for priority talent initiatives
- Ensure applicant tracking is maintained and accurate
- Use networking to build, manage and maintain a pipeline of external talent using both digital and social channels.
- Manage candidate relationships
- Provide and analyse data on key metrics for recruitment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Around 2-3 years full life cycle recruiting with both direct sourcing and in-house recruiting within a large scale FTSE 100
- Functional/regional recruitment experience
- IT Recruitment experience
- Track record of delivering high quality hires.
- Able to apply a variety of sourcing techniques
- Ability to influence others, and be able to work closely with key internal and external stakeholders.
