Internal Communications Specialist- IT Change

Immediate opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join team working for Major European IT Services Organisation. You will support a major IT Programme roll-out and deliver the business change communication required. Provide communications support to Internal communication business partners in implementing communication activities and initiatives.

Support with the overall positioning and communication of the Programme. Deliver business change communications; Support delivery of key internal communication activities; Engage with senior stakeholders; Ensure Company message, values and internal practices are Embedded into the internal communication; encourage a culture of two-way internal communication and share best practice.

You will have solid Communications experience, preferably in internal and major business change communications. Experience of supporting or leading the change communications for a major integration project/programme across multiple countries/cultures. Degree, CIM or equivalent professional body. A can do attitude with the ability to take people on a positive journey during change. Ability to make immediate impact!

Experience of modern and current communication mediums. Multimedia, Sharepoint etc

Initial immediate contract role with the opportunity to migrate into a permanent position moving forward for the right individual.
