Internal Communications Specialist

A large multi-sector organisation based in Manchester is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to become responsible for communicating a significant amount of business change across all employees. This programme will be delivered throughout 2016 and will affect all staff. As such, the organisation will require a large degree of internal communications planning and delivery across its various business units and departments.

The Communications Specialist will be required to manage this activity for the Programme. The role will manage all programme comms, planning and managing staff communications and events (eg auditorium event/market stall).

The client is also embarking on a wide ranging Colleague Awareness Campaign to deliver throughout 2016 which will include preparing briefing and training material, alignment with internal comms, CBT training and delivery and general transformation updates.

Given the critical nature of the transformation activity its essential that the outward communications are managed and co-ordinated in a professional and consistent manner, both with wider transformation programmes but also aligned to colleague awareness to ensure a consistent approach and style is maintained.
