An excellent opportunity has arisen working for a Major Financial Organisation of ours for an Internal Communications Manager.

To lead the delivery of accurate, credible, well-written internal news and campaigns that satisfy business and reputation sensitivities and helps colleagues feel connected to and proud about being part of the Organisation.
Ensure high quality journalistic and editorial principles are applied to all company wide communication, and for writing copy and headlines covering all news, business updates and campaigns
Safeguard the reputation by implementing and managing controls to ensure all internal communication undergoes a rigorous governance process
Act a the central point for all the internal communication team for news and campaign approval and sign off
Lead the communication of high profile company wide business performance updates
Develop, implement and manage a rigorous approval/signoff process for all sources and ensure relevant colleagues/stakeholders are consulted and involved in a timely manner
Develop excellent working relationship and networks with senior executives and colleagues across the organisation to keep abreast of key business activities and use your wisdom and experience to identify when and how to communication business updates to the best effect
Play an active role in defining, shaping and implementing a consistent and engaging editorial style across all company wide communications
