A Tier 1 Investment Bank are seeking to hire an Internal Communications Manager ideally with financial services experience to join their central communications team and help build out the function across the Banking Group.
On a day-to-day basis the Communications Manager is responsible for working on strategic communications projects, organising and driving forward employee engagement through a range of activities (town halls, award schemes, chat events etc) and liaising with varying levels of stakeholders (from Project Managers to ExCo level).
They will also be responsible for working with and coaching senior leadership teams regarding the global roll-out of their Employee Engagement programme.
