INTERNAL COMMUNICATION MANAGER - based in Dublin, Ireland

This is a 12-month Contract role.

Salary: Euro 50-55k

We need someone with a PM background strong operational background, someone who has previously being in charge of delivering internal communications within a business environment. The person must have the ability to deal different layers of management.

The Internal Communication Lead provides strategic communication support for the EMEA Operations team, keeping our people informed of company and operations strategy, while also focusing on communicating new initiatives or change and how they impact Operations. This Role advises on all aspects of internal communications helping to bring to life vision and strategy for our employees. This Role is key in helping our employees understand the transition our company is going through and why we need to embrace change to better serve our customers.

Responsibilities:

Working with the Operations Leadership team and directly with the EMEA Operations MD to support delivery of operations strategy and business priorities, developing and delivering communication plans utilising a number of communications channels (E-mail, Podcasts, Employee All-hands, Yammer, Newsletters, Web Portals, LT engagement sessions etc)
Accountability for devising communication strategies and rhythm and delivering on these.
Through communications you will help bringing alive and personalise Operations business strategy and priorities for our employees.
Advising the Operations Leadership team, providing guidance, coaching and support that enables them to fulfil their communication responsibilities and builds communication capability across the Leadership team.
Manage and deliver internal communication programmes and activities that promote common purpose, seek employee involvement/feedback, help embed cultural change, aligned to the company behaviours.
Help build, support and manage a virtual internal communications team to enable the regular flow of relevant and aligned communications
Build and maintain strong relationships with functional & local leadership teams to ensure consistency in approach and content, understand priorities and recognise opportunities for synergies and efficiencies.
Engage with WW Operations Communications lead and corporate communication teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging, branding and delivery, while sharing and utilising communications best practice.

Requirements:

Experience and ability to develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans to deliver business needs
Proven track record of delivering effective communications to create clarity of direction for employees and drive cultural change
Exceptional all round communications skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
Internal Communications and global/Matrix business understanding
Comfortable moving from the strategic to the tactical
Experience in organising internal events and briefings
Knowledge of different communication channels and knowing when to use them.
Ability to work independently and autonomously whilst being a valued team member.
Excellent project management skills with ability to work well on a number of different tasks - sometimes with conflicting deadlines.
Confident working with people at all levels, providing guidance while meeting needs of business
