Internal Communications Manager

Internal Communications Manager required to work with multi-sited organisation who are currently in the midst of a large scale programme of change. As the Internal Communications Manager alongside the Human Resources team you will be tasked with communicating these changes to the business, developing a strategy that is not only effective but also measurable, working in liaison with key stakeholders you will be tasked with making use of Digital and traditional media to research, draft and produce media to convey the planned changes across the organisation in the form of News stories, bullet-ins and on line activities with the full oversight of print and design. You will also be a consultant to the business offering advice to the senior board on how best to deliver information.

Your previous exposure to employee/Internal communications will have equipped you with a solid knowledge of Media and it's use to deliver effective communications. Your knowledge will include the use of modern technologies and an understanding of Employee communication trends. Exceptional written and oral communication is of course essential as is the ability to manage your own work load and where necessary coordinate your efforts with other members of the team and the wider organisation. Short listed candidates will also display experience of larger work forces (200+) in the corporate or public sector space.
