- 3+ years (recent) within Internal communications (NOT a Marketing role).
- Track record working within Financial Services.
- Ideally experience working on an HR related Programme.
- Ability to manage Communications Plan and Delivery and provide specialist communications support.
- knowledge of Project Management and strong Stakeholder management.
