Internal Communications Lead/Manager - IT Programme

To develop and deliver a communications strategy and subsequent plans for the Programme in collaboration with the delivery teams and Business stakeholders
- Develop, deliver and own the communication plan across the Africa programme
- Define communication strategy and channels for maximum awareness
- Scheduling communications about the programme, IT, training and information
- Create awareness packs for Business, BAU IT teams and Programme teams
- Distribute communications to audience dictated by the programme
- Create bespoke communication packs where required
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure appropriate desktop users are targeted to ensure that understand the impact of the change on them and the wider company
- Create feedback surveys and display results in agreed formats
- Tracking of user experience throughout the programme
- Ensure communications align with global communication strategy
