Internal Communications Executive

Based in West London/Middlesex, my client, an FMCG company, is looking for an INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE, with expertise in Intranet copy writing, Events planning, Employee Engagement Survey, and Change Management experience to join them. The Internal Comms Executive will support the internal communications manager with the delivery of the Internal Communication strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Company Intranet ownership
- Design and delivery content for all communication channels, ensuring they adhere to the company tone of voice and brand guidelines at all times
- Support the Internal Communications manager wit internal events communication and logistics
- Create communication plans to support cross-functional engagement between teams

PERSON SPECIFICS:

- You will have proven experience in an internal FMCG environment comms role, ideally within a UK or Global
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and creative spirit, with passion and sense of ownership
- Excellent verbal, written and editing skills
- Available verbal references that will confirm engagement style and internal communication strategy execution.
- Experience of working in a fast paced Company
- Strong project management skills that will ensure that all internal Comms interventions are executed successfully, aligned to business goals and delivered on time and on budget
