Internal Communications Business Partner required for a leading defence working closely with the HR Director and HRBPs to analyse and action results

Essential Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

- Educated to graduate level
- Ability to write and disseminate messages into written materials
- 5 - 10 years experience of internal and change communications
- Basic understanding of business management
- Data and computer literacy
- PR awareness and appreciation
- Production Management

- Self starter with high personal drive
- Outgoing and engaging, active networker able to build and maintain relationships
