INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT (20% - 50%)

On behalf of our client, a globally renowned company with international presence, we are looking for a motivated INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT (20%-50%) for a contracting position in Baden. The successful candidate will provide general administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at the local country, function or business level as well as perform complex administrative activities and take responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION: IS Communication manages all internal communication activities for our client's Information Systems in Switzerland - the IT department of our client in Switzerland. One of the main tasks is to open the dialogue with ca. 6,000 end users and inform them about latest updates, ongoing projects and increase awareness for topics like cyber security and digitalization. As part of the Information Systems Community you're motivated to question existing processes and tools as well as to develop our way of collaborating and working together. Would you like to take a longer look behind the scenes of an international and future-oriented company? In this role you'll support our client's Communication Specialist on various editorial tasks and provide assistance for internal communication activities and events. We're looking for your support as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS:

- Creating user-oriented articles (German and English) about IT related topics, which includes:
- Research and interviews
- Internal coordination and reviewing
- Publication through various channels such as Intranet and newsletter
- Monitoring communication activities and processing feedback and analytics
- Support in organizing internal IT Events and Roadshows:
- Coordination and alignment
- Event promotion and creating event stories
- Support in management of various communication platforms such as:
- Intranet, Yammer, MS Teams, Information Screens, etc.

YOUR PROFILE:

- Very good editorial skills and structured thinking
- Quick comprehension and independent working method
- Strong English (C1) and German (C1) written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in the use of MS Office 365; Photoshop or InDesign is a plus
- You are an open, curious, social and a proactive person, which is not afraid to bring in own ideas
- You like to work in a team and you are looking for dynamic, challenging and diversified tasks
