Background

The internal communications business partner for a major division working with senior leaders and others across the division with the capability to work independently. Prioritise, plan and deliver communications to support strategic priorities, leveraging our multiple media. Identify, research and write editorial in line with organisation priorities and the communications strategy. Collaborate with colleagues, both in CMC

ROLE

- Develop and manage the communications plan
- Work with stakeholders to create approaches and plans which deliver robust communications and engagement solutions for key projects and business themes
- Own and deliver key communication projects taking a best practice approach
- Support leadership communications including writing key messages, blogs and speech writing
- Research, write, edit and curate messages for Pulse+ and other channels
- Lead and support delivery of other communications activity
- Help build a culture where two-way internal communication is seen as fundamental and integral to the success of the bank and its staff
- Take an approach which builds in continuous improvement, continually looking for better ways of delivering our communications strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

COmmunications qualification (ideal)
University bachelor's degree or above
Language: Fluent English/French. Tri-lingual (Dutch) preferred
