Portland Resourcing internal communications officer for 6 months.

Minimum Bachelor Level.

*Experience in Internal Communications.
*Experience in HR Communications
*Experience in large organisation ( employees)

*Experience in financial sector/insurance sector
*Familiar with HR domain
*Familiar with engagement/employer branding
Technical experience required

Mandatory
*Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
*Up to date with modern communication tools, social media

Preferable
*SharePoint knowledge.
*Prince II knowledge.
Functional skills required
*Good copy writing skills (FR or NL)
*Experience with communication planning
Within the team Employee Communications & Engagement, you will provide support via the creation of communication plans, copy writing, coordination & production in the following domains:
*Recurrent internal HR Communications (payroll, reward, HR systems )
*Internal HR Communication Projects employee survey, )
*Internal communication projects (such as Flexiwork, )
