Internal Communication Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University degree in relevant area as strategic communications or internal communications
- 5+ years' in internal communication/relevant area
- 2+ years' experience managing social media platforms or communities
- Sense in developing and implementing tactical plans that build and nurture online communities
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Implementing, owning and developing communications plans to ensure organizational initiatives
- Managing long-lead editorial calendars, monitoring online conversations to ensure active and engaged communities
- Initiating and participating in conversations to build a strong Drug Development community and embed a culture of collaboration
- Organizing and managing video shoots featuring key Drug Development leaders
- Working closely with stakeholders
