Intermediate Care Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist - Cambridgeshire

Our client has a vacancy for an Intermediate Care Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist to work in Cambridgeshire. The pay rate for this role is 25 per hour.

Duties -
- Providing Intermediate Care to a mixed caseload in order to prevent hospital admission.
- Undertaking and reviewing assessments of users in consultation with other health professionals.
- Providing assessments, aids/equipment and rehabilitation where required.
- Carrying out home visits.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy, be professionally registered in the area you wish to work and be eligible to work in the UK. Candidates applying to work in England must hold a HCPC registration. You must have a minimum of 2 year post qualifying experience within a similar role. You must own and drive a car.
