Interior Designer

LOCATION: Doncaster

JOB TITLE: Bathroom Designer / Sales Person

THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate individual to join a family run business in their busy bathroom showroom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:- -

Building effective relationships with customers, in order to understand their requirements
-

Creating the customer's dream bathroom and offering ideas and suggestions
-

Accurately producing individual designs to meet customers' requirements using CAD
-

Attending customers' houses to gain measurements if not provided
-

Selling a full package to customers and identifying cross sale opportunities
-

Seeing each project through from initial enquiry to completion including any final snaggings or customer service issues.

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a family run business established in 1926 and have a Builders Merchant, Plumbers Merchant, Bathroom and Kitchen Showrooms. Their newly refurbished Bathroom Showroom was a finalist in the KBB Bathroom Showroom of the Year awards and they are recognised for the quality of their showroom and high levels of service. They are a Laura Ashley bathroom centre and Keramag design centre and are in discussions with the likes of Armani bathrooms at this point in time.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team. You will have excellent communication skills and have the creativity to create and communicate dream bathrooms for all customers.

KEY EXPERIENCE/ CHARACTERISTICS PREFERRED FOR THE ROLE:- -

Keen interest in interior design

Previous experience designing bathrooms is desirable
-

Experience using CAD design such Virtual Worlds or similar

Previous sales experience is desirable
